Qualification:
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Bachelors degree or demonstrated equivalent (education and/or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in State/Agency is a plus.
- ITIL Foundations certification.
- CSA certification
Requirements:
- ServiceNow, messaging services to include MS O365, GMail, & Active Directory experience and technical knowledge.
- Service Now experience and knowledge to include administration experience.
- Service Now experience to include scrum master like skills to prioritize stories.
- Experience implementing technical aspects of project and solution in ServiceNow – turning product requirements into actionable designs/plans
- Development, Code Review, Production Deployment for building modules from scratch, revamping existing modules, and migrating existing tools to ServiceNow.
- Knowledgeable in performance monitoring.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow – ITSM, ITOM, ITFM applications
- Excellent technical awareness and understanding of technology and process for managing processes: Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request.
- Understands of best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourced or shared services environment.
- Proven ability in basic architecture of ServiceNow products and services
- Experience in ServiceNow platform as both developer and administrator; worked on end-to-end implementations in ServiceNow.
- Proven tools development skills – coding knowledge and workflow management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management, customers, and vendors to resolve problems.
- Proven ability to manage projects using project management methodology, interpret complex information and provide informed analyses.
Skills Required :
- Leadership Skills: Self-starter who can excel in a team environment of an aggressively growing and dynamic enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to bring problems to resolution regardless of diversity and level of seniority of those involved.
- Implemented multiple ServiceNow Modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, Service Portal etc.
- Use of ACL, Roles, groups, business rules, UI script and workflow to deliver the ServiceNow implementation.
- Must have strong hands-on design experience with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge and experience with Tools Design, Writing Scripts, and basic Database Administration.
- Skilled in oral and written communication as it pertains to interpreting technical information and supporting business needs.
- Skilled in interpreting complex information and providing informed analysis and expert recommendations.
About Career:
Servicenow Careers, The Virginia IT Agency (VITA) is seeking a KSE Service Lead to provide direct oversight of the ITSM, ITOM, and ITFM functionality of the ServiceNow (KeyStone Edge) Service Management System (SMS) services on the VITA program. Activities include review, prioritization, escalations, and testing of modifications and to monitor innovation and automation capabilities. This position interacts with the MSI and Suppliers to review impact and functionality of requested items that support the various services for VITA. It provides oversight to represent VITA interests for prioritization and reviews of content changes to the SMS system and services. Conducts Sprint reviews and interacts with Suppliers and MSI to review, test, and implement Stories/Epics. Monitors progress and performance of the Agile/Scrum development associated with ServiceNow (KSE) and is instrumental in building relationship between suppliers for cross functional stories/epics and all issues/actions with functionality to perform various VITA services.
