Inside Sales Representative
Location: 301 W Warner Rd, Tempe, AZ 85284, Hybrid remote
Salary : $17.25 – $19.00 an hour
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- English: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
About Company:
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers through daily conversations and solicitations
- Provide exceptional customer service, effective and timely communications, and responsiveness to all credit processing questions and inquiries
- Educate dealer representative on company products including how to structure applications to ensure optimal success with the program
- Establish and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers
- Assist Funding Team with the resolution of documentation issues
- Maintain electronic records and files
- Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management
Qualification:
- High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred. Internal candidates at the Coordinator (C3) level with commensurate experience and a track record of sustained, top performance against company standards may be considered
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly and tactful with the ability to influence others, effectively manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, interact at all levels within the organization, and build cross-functional partnerships across the business
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong sales skills; ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment and successfully overcome resistance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
- Commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies
Qualities Required:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be flexible to work within departmental operating days and times which include Monday through Saturday, 8:00am-8:00pm
- Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
- Talk and hear to exchange accurate information
- The position does not require travel
