Responsibilities:
- Disassembly of aircraft Wheels
- Dismount of aircraft tyres
- Cleaning of aircraft wheels by operation of wheel wash equipment
- Cleaning of aircraft wheel and brake small parts
- Inspection of aircraft wheel small parts
- Preassembly inspection and assembly of aircraft wheel hub
- Mounting of aircraft tyre
- Disassembly of aircraft brake housings and heat stacks
- Pressure testing aircraft brake assemblies
- Works accurately and efficiently on individual assignments or as an active team member. Performs job duties on various shifts in response to customer needs.
Requirements:
- The desire to learn and contribute to a busy engineering team
- Keen interest in all things mechanical
- English and Math GCSE or equivalent
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar highly desirable
- Must have full UK Driving Licence

- Conducting regular visits to bases across the UK and Northern Europe, ensuring staff welfare and regulatory compliance.
- Investigating Maintenance Delays, Engineering Safety Reports and Non-Compliances, implementing strategies to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with managerial experience who is ready, willing and able to manage technical teams in a diverse and fast-changing environment. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent time management, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and effectively communicate progress to Senior Management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership experience, capable of remotely managing diverse teams.
- Previous experience in Aviation or Engineering is advantageous, but not essential.
