Qualification Required: 2+ years in strategy, operations, or program/project management.
Responsibilities:
- Be tenacious about ensuring our team successfully completes tasks to list a home
- Work daily with internal teams to communicate information crucial to listing homes on time
- Diagnose underlying issues and process failures when errors are discovered
- Monitor key metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, diving into root causes to understand and address emerging trends
- Manage a remote team of contract employees to support questions, blockers and ensure each team member is successful in their role
- Support team projects and goals on a quarterly cycle
- Develop, maintain and provide context on team metrics
- Prioritize projects from managers, team members and individuals across the organization that align with team goals and metrics

About Career:
Opendoor Careers, We are looking for an individual to join our team to manage and improve Opendoor’s national listings. As a Listings Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for metric performance, process optimization, and managing a team of contract employees. We work closely with cross functional teams to ensure all processes are running smoothly, as well as determine how we can develop new processes to improve existing operations. The ideal candidate will be able to drive process improvements for scalability, flex their analytical skills to dive deep on performance trends, and nimbly triage blockers so that we can achieve our performance goals.
