Responsibilities

• Manage reception switchboard; answer and direct incoming calls from internal and external sources
• Greet clients and visitors
• Provide polite, positive and courteous client service, both in person and over the phone
• Process, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
• Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of office stationery supply rooms including stocking, organization and distribution of supplies
• Maintain inventory and oversee the distribution of the firm’s office supplies
• Ensure board rooms are set up for client meetings and supplies put away when meetings conclude
• Coordinate catering requirements, as necessary
• Perform routine clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and printing reports and daily deposits, as required
• Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials

Skills and Experience

• Office and clerical experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset
• Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Design compelling presentations.
• Design graphics and templates for winning proposals.
• Design visual reports and other documentation.
• Design engaging sales collateral.
• Design digital assets and infographics for web and social.
• Manage library of reusable brand and design assets.

Skills and Experience 

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in design, graphic art, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Solid foundation in branding, graphic fundamentals, typography, layouts, print, web, etc.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to deliver quality designs using PowerPoint and Word.
• Broad range of design experience across traditional and digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, while prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
• Illustrations would be considered an asset.
• Building templates in Microsoft Office would be considered an asset.

• Integrate into a high performing team of diverse individuals
• Build and prepare technical based analysis such as quantitative investigation, projections, forecasts and/or models in Excel.
• Conduct industry and economic research as it pertains to clients’ needs.
• Strong communication skills through report writing, group discussions, presentations, charts and graphs.

Skills and Experience

• New or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in accounting or finance.
• Preferably experience at a professional services firm, ideally in financial analysis and valuations.
• Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
