Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a growing team of specialists. Working to build their competencies in communication, reporting, problem solving, public relations, external communications, and program management.
- Build programs and campaigns to help acquire and activate net new users, retain, and convert successful users to adopt additional offerings.
- Create economies of scale in our technical and managerial programs to accommodate an ever-larger number of partnerships, but retain the ability to track, report, and connect with them in meaningful development engagements.
- Create, execute, and analyze influencer marketing objective that will activate, engage, convert, and retain multiple customer segments.
- Contribute to the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the business line and deliver against goals.
- Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and forecast reports, that measure critical KPI’s like active partners, traffic, bounce rate, orders, revenue, conversion, profit, return on ad spend (ROAS), efficiency, and contribution.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business to Consumer (B2C) Ecommerce marketing OR Business to Business (B2B) account Management and minimum of 3 years building teams, managing direct reports, and developing leaders
- Proven knowledge of the affiliate industry and current climate of technology in it
- Demonstrated experience in leading test & learn strategies intended to drive marketing performance
- Proficient excel skills required (Pivot tables, complex formulas, and building dashboards)
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
