- Point of contact for all post sales services
- Support/supervise carrier activation/deactivation on Astranis satellites as per defined process
- Investigate and troubleshoot satellite interference
- Network Management System configuration and operation
- Digital payload configuration
- Monitor health and status for critical mission or network systems.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of satellite communications and earth station components
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Ability to craft highly polished reports and presentations
- Process oriented mindset – constantly seeking more efficient ways of doing things, anticipating features needed from both internal and external tools
- Link budgeting / Link analysis experienceAssist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team.
- Enjoy a fast paced environment, with just the right amount of chaos.
