POSITION :
Monday – Friday

Hybrid telework positions with a main office at 10 Franklin Square, New Britain, CT
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Eight (8) years of professional experience in business, finance or quantitative analysis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – SPECIAL EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of the General Experience must have involved complex financial analysis.
Note: Complex financial analysis is interpreted as performing comprehensive, detailed and difficult financial studies resulting in reports and recommendations to management.

Salary : $49,712 – $74,526 a year
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field.
Three years of paraprofessional engineering experience, preferably in the area of assignment.
An equivalent combination of training and experience (as approved by the department) may be used to meet the minimum qualifications of the classification.
LICENSING, CERTIFICATIONS, and/or OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record and a valid Commonwealth of Virginia Driver’s License within 30 days of hire.
Some assignments may require specialized vocational training.

Salary : $61,275 – $96,375 a year
4. FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
Salary : $82,285 – $105,034 a year
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:
Option 1: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. – AND – Three years’ experience in the design or construction of building or site development projects including systems development and scheduling and resource management.
Option 2: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. – AND – Three years’ experience in cost estimating or inspection of building or construction projects.
One additional year of the required experience will be accepted for each year of college for a maximum of four years.
LICENSE:
A valid California Class “C” Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
PHYSICAL CLASS:
2 – Light: This class includes administrative and clerical positions requiring light physical effort that may include occasional light lifting to a 10-pound limit and some bending, stooping, or squatting. Considerable ambulation may be involved.
