Full-time, part-time and temp positions are available. Sunday River is a ski resort located in Newry, Maine, in the United States. It is one of Maine’s largest and most visited ski resorts. Its vertical drop of 2,340 feet (710 m) is the second largest in Maine (after Sugarloaf) and the sixth largest in New England. Sunday River has the most terrain among the East Coast skiing destinations, including eight different peaks. The resort features 135 trails across eight interconnected mountain peaks, and is serviced by a network of 18 lifts.Sunday River is a member of the Boyne Resorts family, consisting of excellent, snow-filled ski areas from East to West, highly acclaimed golf courses, and more. The company, developed in 1947 by Everett Kircher when he bought the land for Boyne Mountain in Michigan, has grown to twelve resorts across North America and is still owned and operated by the Kircher family. Sunday River was brought under Boyne Resorts’ management in 2007.

Front Desk Agent Job
- Exceed guests’ expectations throughout their stay
- Go above and beyond to satisfy guests’ needs to special requests
- Assist all guests with any questions or concerns
- Check guests in with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Ensure accurate room reservations and room assignments across the hotel
- Provide information to guests regarding all Sunday River products and services
- Sell lift tickets and other products
- Assist with phone inquiries
- Run pre-arrival reports on a regular basis
Qualification:
- High school degree or equivalent. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of the position satisfactorily.
