Responsibilities:
- Drive and co-ordinate the period-end closing activities. Ensure the accounts are recorded and reported on-time, with quality and in full compliance with US GAAP
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory financial requirements/statements
- Manage finance operation and/or outsourced service providers for preparing statutory filings
- Review and approve statutory filings and other ad hoc reports required by government authorities
- Partner with Honeywell Tax department to (1) Review and ensure the timely and accurate local income tax filing and tracking of deferred tax assets and liabilities (2) Review and ensure VAT, Business Tax and Withholding Tax returns are filed timely, accurately and completely
- Closely work with different stakeholders on the resolution of complex, material accounting issues with alignment with SBG
- Execute key controls including reviewing key/ high risk Accounts Reconciliation and support performing significant/ high risk Balance Sheet Reviews, and ensure timely remediation of control risks
- Investigate accounting and control related matters as assigned
- Manage relationship with internal and external auditors including group, statutory and tax auditors
- Support planning and coordinating all internal and external audits
- Support Honeywell Tax department in all local tax authority examination by maintaining adequate legal entity documentation and providing information as required in a timely manner
- Ensure all critical tax matters are escalated timely to Honeywell Tax Department for awareness and resolution
- Partner with Honeywell Treasury department to safeguard and optimize free cash, investment of free cash and to coordinate restructuring, acquisition funding, etc.
- Partner with SBG business leaders to provide value-added finance support
- Support board meetings preparation and presentation
- Support IKTEVA and localization program
- Support new entity formations and ensure all Honeywell policies and process for FOM model are followed coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Accounting/Economics/Commerce
- Professional qualification required; CMA/CIMA/CPA Qualification
- Good English language is a must
- Strong leadership required, will manage a big team in different remote locations, and will be heavily interacting with leadership teams
- ~10 years with at least 3 years in managerial position ideally
- Be remotely managed, and can work independently

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Engineering Management; Business or Finance
- 4 – 5 years related experience
- Experience in oil & gas, automation or electronics industry preferred

- MS Office & Primavera applications; SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Ensuring all processes are carried out in line with QA/QC procedures
- Closely working with the Engineering, Production, Sourcing, and Project management team to ensure project requirements are compiled without any deviation.
- Preparing Project Quality Plan
- Reviewing client specifications and preparing project specific ITP
- Carrying out expediting/inspection/audit at sub-vendor premises.
- Incoming material inspection & reviewing of material test certificates.
- Qualifying welding procedure and preparing WPS & PQR for in house fabrication as per ASME Sec IX
- Arranging and conducting welder qualification test as per ASME Sec IX
- Preparing for In-house production and Reviewing Sub Vendor’s Welding book (Welding Map (WM), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Welding Performance Qualification (WPQ), Detailed NDE procedures (RT, MT, UT, PT, VT), Pressure Testing & Coating procedures.
- Carrying out all project specific inspection as per approved ITP and maintaining Inspection Notifications & Inspection records.
- Coordinating with client and third party inspectors for all inspection activities.
- Carrying out all in-process inspection during fabrication of pipe spools (B 31.3 process piping) & structural steel (AWS D1.1)
- Reviewing all NDE reports and Interpretation on Radiographic films of weld joints, tracing of defects and witnessing its removal.
- Arranging hydrotest of pipe spools and witnessing the same with Client/TPI.
- Carrying out surface preparation and coating inspection on pipe spools and structural steel.
- Witnessing hydrotest, functional test of API 6D, API 600 Valves & Flow Control Valves.
- Maintaining project specific documentation and preparation of final manufacturing dossier.
- Responsible for ensuring all NCR & CAR raised are closed out in a timely manner.
- Carrying out final inspection (Pre-FAT & FAT) on assembled package in line with approved FAT procedure and creating punch list.
- Verification of IMS packing & release.
- Coordinating with respective departments to close all the punch list points and arranging shipment release note from customer.
- Identifying issues and concerns relating to the quality of work or performance and bringing these to the attention of the management.
- Planning, scheduling and carrying out internal audits as per ISO 9001-2015
- Carrying out ISO audit in sub vendor premises & evaluating supplier performance.
- Qualifications & Experience:
Professional Degree or Diploma in Production or Mechanical Engineering - 5 years working experience in Oil/Gas industry specifically with package equipment (Gas & Liquid Metering Skids, Pressure Regulating skids, Chemical injection skids).
- CSWIP 3.1 or AWS Welder Inspector certification
- NDE Level II in Radiographic testing, Magnetic particle testing, Liquid penetrant testing & Ultrasonic testing
