1. Officer – Revenue Management Job

Minimum Education : University Degree or equivalent bachelor’s degree
ROLE
To carry out the day to day operational activities pertaining to interline and codeshare partnerships including benchmarking, filing and updates of fares as well as ongoing relationships with other airlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyses market data to identify potential partners for flydubai and presents recommendations to Management.
- Carries out regular competitor benchmarks for the top interline origins/destinations and files competitive fares to offline points with the flydubai interline partners.
- Ensures the codeshare fares are filed correctly in all distribution channels and the fare rules are applied correctly as shared by the analysts.
- Analyses the daily interline/codeshare bookings to understand changes in market trends and proposes corrections in fares/inventory availability.
- Works closely with legal team to review partnership agreements and ensures they are up to date.
- Organizes all relevant agreements making sure that they are duly signed by the relevant signatories and are filed appropriately.
- Ensure that fare class mapping are correctly filed in the system for all different interline partners.
- Engages all stakeholders in the pricing decisions to obtain optimal results.
- Manages the staff travel agreement with other airlines.
- Review the interline/codeshare agreements on a regular basis and suggest changes in line with flydubai strategies.
- Ensures that all interline agreements ate updated with any new routes launched.

2. Specialist – Emergency Response Job

ROLE
To implement an effective Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in line with the corporate and commercial objectives for all aircraft related incidents and accidents in accordance with emergency planning regulations and best practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements the ERP processes and procedures in compliance with IOSA, ICAO, GCAA relevant regulations and recommended practices.
- Monitors company-wide implementation and compliance of all emergency processes noted in the ERP.
- Ensures the corporate Emergency Response Plan Manual (ERPM) is updated regularly and provides support on all aspects of the ERPM.
- Provides input and support in the design, development and delivery of all required corporate Emergency Response training programmes.
- Maintains coordination between key departments on a regular basis to ensure preparedness and compliance.
- Contributes towards the formulation and notification procedures and resources to ensure effective executions of the ERP.
- Researches, reviews and recommends changes to the ERP based on industry best practices.
- Executes company-wide exercises to test the published procedures.
- Develops, manages and maintains the flydubai Family Assistance Plan including development and recommendation of policy and procedures.
- Develops and delivers the Family Assistance initial and recurrent training syllabus, including volunteer assessment and review of training evaluations.
- Manages and promote the recruitment and retention for all Family Assistance volunteers as well as integration of all volunteer training records in to the ERP database and FACT24 system.

3. Senior Officer – Systems Support (Cargo)

Discusses any system enhancement requirements from the business and coordinates with the vendor to establish any required costs prior to raising the requirement for approvals.
Raise any escalated issues to the relevant vendor for resolution and follow up according to the defined SLAs in the contract.
Educates end users on system usage and documents “how to” manuals and help guides to minimize any future queries on system functionality.
Provide weekly reports to Management on system performance and any outstanding issues and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure their timely resolution.
Acts as the ‘Single Point of Contact’ (SPOC) for all cargo systems related issues and maintains ongoing communication and cooperation with affected stakeholders.
Performance quality assurance and testing on all future releases to minimize any disruption to the business prior to release.
Coordinates reviews with the vendors on system performance and SLAs ensuring that any ongoing issues are addressed, and any future problems are rectified in a timely manner.
Provides 24×7 support on critical systems issues ensuring their timely resolution.
