About Career:
Delta Hire in USA Delta Apparel Inc., The position will assist with processing high volume invoices. Ensuring that AP vendors are paid timely, discrepancies resolved and transactions are billed appropriately.
Accounts Payable Specialist
Apply Now
- Process accounts payable invoices (100+ invoices/daily)
- Review and verify invoices and check request
- Sort code and match invoices
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other accounts
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Corresponds with vendors and respond to inquires
- Assist with the month end close process
- Assist with month end statement request
Skills Required:
- Excellent problem solving skills
- 3 way match, GL Knowledge, 10 key,
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be detailed oriented, with a sense of urgency and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.
- Must be flexible in work schedule.
